The Spartan Training Camp is an extreme workout circuit session designed to push your body to the limits.
During the session you will get to experience some of the most effective training exercises and techniques to build a HARD, LEAN physique and BURN away the FAT.

The 1st camp of the year will be running for 4 weeks on Monday evenings starting on the 23rd April 2012.
Times: Monday Evenings
7pm - 8pm
