What happens during my free initial consultation?
During your free consultation we will be discussing your goals and what you want to achieve out of our sessions. it is a very informal meeting where we will also tell you about how our services can benefit you, answer any questions you might have and gather enough information for us to build your personalised exercise programme.
How quickly can I lose weight with a new body personal trainer?
Our aim is that from Day 1 of your time with us you will start to feel better and motivated to reach your goals. With the training and nutritional advice we will give you, our clients should be able to see a markable difference in as little as 14 days.
What equipment and clothing do I need in order to train?
All you need is some comfortable, breathable clothing and a pair of well fitting trainers. Also remember to bring some fluids to drink to ensure you stay well hydrated...and thats it.
What is your cancellation policy?
We work on a scheduled appointment basis. we ask that you give 24 hours notice when cancelling a session.
Sessions cancelled within the 24 hours prior will incur a charge of 50% of the session price.
